Big enough to help

A few days ago we had trouble changing some details for our web-app "utopia solitaire" on the apple website.


We emailed them - now normally you would not expect to get a response very quickly (or at all) when dealing with a very large company. Especially when the product is 'free'. 

However, in the same day we were contacted, helped out and sorted. 

That's the kind of support and service that sets a company apart from others.
