Poor old Steve McClaren. The ex-England manager who set himself right up for the infamous "Wally with the Brolly" headline. (Great headline by the way!)
Steve's now back in work. Yeah!
From England to....... FC Twente (in Holland). Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
Of course, Steve was interviewed for the Blackburn Rovers job last week (according to Sky Sports):
McClaren was interviewed for the managerial vacancy at Blackburn Rovers in the past few days, but has now elected to take up the role in Holland.
I think that tells it's own story. Paul Ince for Blackburn then. Good choice Blackburn, Ince will be a fine manager for you. All the best Paul.
